I sell all sorts of home gadgets the best thing Ive put into a home yet is called Sonos....

Incredible home music server system thats inexpensive and allows the homeowner to play 2million songs from the rhapsody server..

My dad and I have an office building in San Bernidino, Ca. We had 2 buildings just sold one.

We're thinking of selling this building and buying more apartments. Just not sure yet.

Hi Im a new member from West Los Angeles,

I just love this site. My father and I have been investing in real estate for many years now.

He's now just retiring and I'm going to try and pick up where he left off.

I own a custom home electronics company out here and I just love everything about real estate.

We do all the high end electronic toys that most people dream of.

So anyone who needs any advice just give me a shout.

I'm so glad I found this forum and look forward to get more involved.
