Hey Guys,

My 3 Partners and I are in the process of looking for an attorney to help us legally form our LLC in New Jersey. The LLC will be a property management company, but will grow into a company that pools together private funds to do real estate deals also in the future. I have read from previous posts that Legal Zoom is a big No.My two questions are:

1. Do you have any recommendations on Good attorneys for this specific task?

2. How much does company formation typically  cost?
