Hello Seth, I am also out in Phoenix Az as well. From what I understand is you already know how to invest your money well with having 3 SFH. Add two more of those to your portfolio and use a lender to get another loan and find more rentals or rehabs. You know the market for rentals in Az is on fire!

My "Why" straight out of high school I went to college full time worked at Honeywell full time. My escape was the weekends, 5 days a week 16 hour days working for someone else dreams and going to school for a degree that I was going to make a set amount for the rest of my life. I woke up one day and thought not me. I researched everything about real estate, my market, schooling, numbers. Enrolled, quit my job went real estate full time. Haven't looked back since May last year. THATS MY WHY. Wow thank you!

I'm at the "Want" to become a real estate investor. Once I'm there I'll come back and answer the why. For now it's all about the entrepreneur mindsets running through me.
