I see W Broad corridor growing, the neighborhood design center is completing a block study (2300 W Broad block). North of W Broad is a solid investment!

Did my research and while it’s a little early I have the city on my side with some good incentives so I just bought 30k sf/7 parcels/ 6 residential and 6 storefronts ,commercial mix in a contiguous block along W Broad st.
