Sumner’s course and community has been amazing. You won’t find better value for the land investing world anywhere else out there. He really is an exceptional operator and teacher. 

I took his course back in 2022 and it single handedly propelled me to full time investing within months. I can understand skepticism, but if you came in with an open mind and gave it shot it can be the best investment you make.
