Hello everyone,

I am newbie in this Real estate area, but it has been my dream for few years now. 2019, i am strong determined to increase my knowledge, ready as many books as possible, listen podcast, attend meetups which i was procrastinating for a long time. Currently i am in Atlanta, USA. I am an immigrant and planning to move to Canada. Due to this, i am not sure where would be my first property as i am not familiar with Toronto, Canada RE market. but still i don't want to waste my time and Money so that by the time i am ready, i will have money and knowledge to jump into market. I have been on Bigger pockets for a few months now, and have read so many blogs. I have also ordered two books: What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow, and Building Wealth One House at a Time: to increase my knowledge but this site is full of stuff which is overwhelming and confusing where to start and what is most important to know. I need suggestions on what i should do in this time to utilize it 100%, how can i know more about Canada Real estate market, how to know how much would i need to invest in my first property etc, what i should read first and where i should start

Thank You in advance for help!!

I am newbie to RE, but it has been my dream for a long time. So in 2019, i am very much focused on investing my time and energy into learning RE. Currently i am an immigrant in USA and planning to move to Canada. As i am not sure what is going to be my home, i will invest my time into reading RE books and be active in forums to acquire as much knowledge as possible and save money , so that by the time i am ready to invest, i will have everything to kick out my deals.

Thank You.
