This would be a great area to host.  I too would like to know of any restrictions.

@Sean Monahan- thanks for the information.  Are there any short term rental licenses needed in Baltimore City.  My understanding after speaking to MDE that if the rental is less than 90 days, it is considered transient and a lead safe certificate is not needed but can be done for the tenant's reassurance.  But longer than 90 days, then the lead safe certificate is needed.  So you have been renewing yearly?  

I think that is a great market with good cash flow.  Anyone doe this type of short/long rental with lead based paint in Baltimore as most things in the city have lead based paint. Is there a time to renew the Lead safe certification rather than with each new tenant?

Anyone have a checklist to comply with all of the rules/regulations to get a Baltimore County rental property ready.
