thankyou for the reply bt the problem persists with open windows as well

in stocks therethere is something as intrinsic value and may suggest the under valued stock or overvalued stocks....similarly i am asking how to identify properties with good intrinsic value...

my house is in india, a room large windows facing east, but heat build up inside the room is just unbearable... Do you have any advice for me...
