Hello All,

I am trying to write a contract with a GC for a renovation project. The GC sent me a proposal for a contract, which didn't have the renovation list itemized - It just said, Bathroom, Painting, hardwood etc. Are there any templates out there that I could use as a starting point for a contract?

Thank you,
