Hello BP members,

Thanks in advance for your help!

Looking to get some recommendations for home improvements involving the following upgrades. Also looking for some suggestions if all/most of the below jobs can be performed by one contractor or its best of to hand them to separate contractors.

  • - New Carpet
  • - Refinish hardwood floor
  • - Paint kitchen cabinets and replace countertop
  • - Interior Painting
  • - Recessed lighting

Hi @Jo-Ann Lapin - Thank You for your reply. No, I haven't looked him up yet. Thanks for the pointer. Will look him up and connect with him.

Thanks a lot @Darius Ogloza for breaking it down! It sounds like you did amazing in those deals! Are you open to networking? Would love to connect and learn what you are doing in the current market!

@Eduardo Bernal - I’m in the same boat. Just starting off. Have you been able to find any deals yet?

Numbers in Bay Area are crazy. There aren’t really anything that you can buy lesser than the listed price to get a deal? Can you please share how does the deal analysis typically look like in Bay Area?

This would be great help to learn! Thanks in advance!

I can network with you in case I come across something.
