Hi Everyone-

1.Do you have any suggestions on commercial loans to purchase a land . I am looking for longer amortization period.

2.I will be purchasing a land and leave it for a yr or 2 . So it’s not like fix and flip .so the hard money lender a good idea?

A bridge loan might be a good idea but if you can give some more background as to what you're trying to do this will help with the answers you receive.

thank you for responding

I want to purchase a land and build SFH subdivision after 2yrs based on the market trend.

@Alecia Loveless thank you for your response and valuable suggestion.

I haven't thought of future loan.its a very good point .

Currently I own 2500 sqft house in a good location, and recently bought a rental property and rented.

Option 1 - I was wondering if it's a good idea to buy 3500+ sqft house(like an upgrade as family is growing ) and move in. Then rent out 2500 sqft house, in this case 60k downplayment as 10% .

Or

Option 2 - Buy another rental property and look for a tenent. In this case I have to put 80k as 20% downpayment.

I m not sure if I m thinking in the correct way or not .

Experts please share your thoughts.
