For LTR, i think you will be ok, but be careful of the HOAs. They can get you....

Hello BP family- I am very new to REI, and aspire to start with my first REI rental by next year. but I am on H1B work visa.
are there any such REI's out there who started while they were on work visa's? any material out there which I can refer for specific rules and regulations for people who do not have green card or citizenship?
