I have capital (say $750k cash) to deploy w/ 1031 and looking to get a commercial loan for multiplex and/or commercial space without using my personal credit. What kind of leverage can I expect with approximately what terms so that I can plan for the purchase. Please share some expertise and contacts that I can follow-up up.

Thanks all for the replies. I'm willing to work with off markets deals. so yeah, please dm me if you have and would be interested with any good turnkey(I can accept some TLC types). 20% cac returns can be tough. but with appreciation and cac returns I have seen 35-50% returns on my previous deals.

@Remington Lyman can you please provide some referrals on who you worked with to leverage? I would be happy to leverage the only challenge I could see is the DTI ratio being a limiting factor in my case. I would say I'm over leveraged at this point.

i'm looking for some ideas on how to use $1M cash to get 150-200k income annually?  I'm open for out of the state investments as well and any good advisors that I can work with.
