After nine months of posting my first post, my husband bought a new house in Brookside, KCMO. We are listing our old home but are still considering whether we should keep it for rental. Any further thoughts on this uncertain market?

Thank you! We are planning to keep this house no matter what. We need some help with a strategic plan- I assume we wouldn't be able to afford to buy more rental properties while buying a new place for ourselves. Yet we are not planning to do it right now but in the coming 1 or 2 years.

Hi everyone! I am a new member of BP and I am so excited that I have found this community. My husband and I owe a SFH in the Waldo neighborhood in Kansas City, MO and we are planning to buy more properties in the future. We don't love our house and we have been thinking about if we should keep it and rent it out when we buy the second house. But we also thought about staying at the current house and using the money to buy rental properties and generate more income before we get a better house for ourselves. I'd love to hear all your thoughts.
