@Kareem Johnson  I’ve had good success on the Gulf Coast, as I have 2 buy and hold properties.....B class and just purchased land over the bay...  as we call it. But Alabama has great investment potential in my opinion! Good Luck 🍀

Real Estate touches some part of our everyday lives in some form, with newly passionate and eager realtors on the loom, like myself. I thought it would be helpful for our seasoned/experience agents to pass on 3 foundation tips to get us going in the right direction. I'm looking to expand my brand and presence on the real estate scene. I'm taking notes and would appreciate all advice!

Everyone should move to Ohio. It is so cheap here. I build a mini-empire in a few years. I could not have done that in my home state of Connecticut. I made a terrible first purchase 3 years ago and yet it is still worth way more than when I bought it and cash flowing on top of that.

@Remington Lyman ..... I will have to agree as I stated in other statements the infrastructure coming along in the city, I hear investments in rentals are/were good, taxes appear to be much lower than PA and The Cleveland Browns made a comeback!! 4 for 4!! :)

@Rachel Underwood Me not so much, as Ohio is a popular destination for PA folks looking to get tax relief and it appears to be a viable option for people looking to stretch their dollars. I don't know...we may have to look out for Cleveland?? I see The Cleveland Browns made a comeback...it was the talk of our town in Pittsburgh...lol :)

@Bruce Lynn I think you must have been looking at the net migration loss for Cleveland...its an honest mistake ;)

@Brandon Sturgill you maybe right. Last time I was in Cleveland (2018) there was a lot of infrastructure taking place, which is much needed. I also, hear Cleveland is/was a great area for investors looking to buy and hold/ flip. Now, Columbus is a different story...I really enjoyed my time there. Either way, a lot of Pittsburghers are hoping over the line due to all these PA taxes.

@Bruce Lynn Ohio, net loss...not me! I'm a southern girl and these Northeast gray days are enough to make you pack up and leave. I see you're in DFW area...just the area of TX I'm looking to be in!

This article is pretty spot on about migration patterns. I was reading the most migrated location was Tennessee, followed by Texas. I must say Texas has been on my mind.

@Miranda Micire I am interested. I currently have a few properties in Mobile Al(both buy and hold) and I just went in escrow on land in Daphne Al. I have been looking at Pittsburgh more serious since I maybe here a little longer than expected. Let’s schedule some time to chat. I’m a realtor and Construction management Coordination, so Saturday mornings are my best availability.
