This month we will be discussing the little ways that we can juice our returns. Most of the group focuses on long-term rentals, so expect the conversation to revolve around that strategy. Presentation Topic: New Animal Assistance Law

The JRLA is a partner group to the Joliet Investors Meetup (hosted by me) and is structured around a presentation given by a professional in the field. There will also be vendors present with discounts and benefits for JRLA members and time for networking at the beginning and end of the meeting. There is no fee for first-time guests to attend a JRLA meeting, but we ask that those who have found value and return pay our annual membership fee of $75 to help keep the organization running.

This month local attorney Gary Mueller will be reviewing Illinois' new Assistance Animal Law and its impact on landlords - something that could impact you in a huge way!
