I guess you have to go about this a certain way for BP not to remove your post with the reasoning that it is "self-promotion". For example, if you just post "looking for a wholesaler in X town" it will get removed.  How do you go about finding a wholesaler here on BP?  What is the best way to search for one?

Thank you Xavier Stanish!  Good to know.  I definitely don't want to start off my RE career making people mad.

Is it wrong to work with many different deal finder / realtors in one area?  Should I just pick one and stick with that person?  I want to do the right thing and honor the people I work with and not step on any toes.  I also want to find as many opportunities as possible.  What is the right thing to do here?

Good luck Nathan Cedar and Aline Zamora!  I'm a new investor looking at JAX as well.  Ryan Robbins i'd like to chat if possible.  I'll email you.  Thanks for the info Carolyn Morales!  Much appreciated.

For you successful out of state investors, how did you find your deal finder?!

Was it through another investor and if so was it through BP?  Did you just start googling real estate agents and go from there?  Did you use a wholesaler?  If so how did you find the wholesaler?  Did you send out tons of emails to real estate agents in the area introducing who you are and what type of real estate agent you are looking for?  Did you travel to the location to meet with a RE agent?  Did you use another method of finding deals altogether?

I'm trying to get info on how I make a connection with my most valuable piece of the investing puzzle.

Where is the closest major airport Nicole Hoss?  We could always drive from North Colorado.  It isn't terrible.  We could knock out two birds with one stone and visit family that live along I 80 in Nebraska.
