What setup do you use for MOJO?  Voip, cell phone, landline?  Which VOIP works best with MOJO?

If a wholesaler brings something good, why wouldn't you buy from them?  Just do your own due diligence and don't take any of what anyone says as factual.  Seems like some people take it personal when a wholesaler brings a deal that isn't what it appears.  You would do the same due diligence if it was listed or you found the property yourself.

Hello all, 

Is there insurance available out there, similar to E&O insurance, for owners of a flipping business? I'm not looking for home owners insurance, but insurance if you get sued after the purchase of the home you flipped for anything that may come up. Does regular home owners liability insurance cover something like that? Any information would be helpful.

Does anyone know of a quality new construction "how to" course?  I've been looking into this, but struggle with things such as price per sqft, township issues, and overall strategies involved.
