Would it be possible to have an appraiser provide valuation for my properties with no upfront payment? Payment would be guaranteed and made at the closing. 

I've got 7 properties listed for sale with "all cash buyers". I don't have the money to pay for the appraisals upfront. All properties are located in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
