Hi @Domin Car. I don't really know what is considered "cheap" for you especially since you live in CA (so do I) and you also invest in Chicago, but I'm happy to discuss things further. Happy to set up MLS access and I also get about 1 or 2 wholesale properties on average across my desk on a daily basis I can blast out to you.

Hi @Andres Blandon I currently live in Paso Robles and it has been a second home to me since I was born. I am managing broker for a local real estate office which services everything from San Luis Obispo to King City in Monterey County. We do manage a handful of rentals, but they are all in Oak Shores at Lake Nacimiento which is about 35 minutes from Paso. I would love to connect and see if I can possibly find a rental for you and your family to secure before you arrive and of course answer any questions regarding purchasing in the area and assist with that.

@Account Closed I would love to connect with you as well.

@Dovid Staples Well if you're looking for a wholesaler you're not going to be dealing with the owner. Are you looking for sellers specifically or are you looking for wholesale deals?
