Thanks Matt - I'm looking for single family homes.  I'm particularly looking at the Claymont, Elsmere, and Newport areas.  Are there any particular locations in Wilmington that you focus on for your investments?

From what I have seen so far, there is a lot of great information on this site. I'm looking forward to meeting new people, learning and sharing my experiences.
