Got it today!

Any BP members watching the playoffs this year? If so, who are you pulling for or against? I'm a huge Pelicans fan, but because they aren't in the playoffs I've decided to pull for everyone but the Warriors. I'm not a huge fan of what KD did in the offseason or super teams. Every series so far has been great except for Warriors/Blazers. Much better than last year.

What do ya'll budget for vacancy, repairs and maintenance, capital expenditures, and property management when analyzing a property?

My name is Phil. I'm from New Orleans LA. I'm really interested in becoming a REI. I'm currently listening to the BP podcast and working on completing the path to purchase tutorial. I recently passed my national and state exams to become a real estate agent. I'm excited about getting to know people who are a part of the BP community and learning more about this industry.

I'm looking to dive a little deeper into learning about REI. Any suggestions? Books? Other podcast?
