Thanks for the warm welcome.  I am currently holding back, as i am not seeing good deals.  there have been some recent layoff's at big companies, maybe early sign of recession.   In monitor mode for now.

I have been investing in RE over last 12 years.  Adding one property every couple of years.  Recently moved to Cary, NC from California.  Trying to connect with local Cary area RE investors.  

Will be interested in flips and buy and hold deals.
