Hello, everybody! I live in the Philadelphia Metro, and I am starting my investing journey. I would like to buy small multifamily properties to buy and hold. I look forward to connecting!

My full-time job is in the multifamily development industry. I specialize in feasibility analysis, market research and entitlements of new properties of 100 units or more.

Post: Looking for Advice on Starting with 2 Young Kids in Denver

Good morning!

I’m looking to get started in real estate investment. My initial idea was to buy a small multifamily, renovate the units, then sell it in Denver.

I have 2 young kids (2 under 2) and a full-time job as a commercial multifamily analyst. House hacking is out, and I don’t have the time to add the job of property manager.

I’m planning on relocating with my family to Philadelphia in 2023 as well.

Any advice?

Good morning!

I’m looking for duplexes/triplexes/quads in both the Huntington/Groveton/Hybla Valley area of Fairfax County as well as in the Brightwood and Trinidad area of Washington, DC.

I'm looking for an investor-friendly realtor, and I've done an extensive search throughout the area. However, most agents don't invest themselves or they only sell SFH.

Does anybody have any references or tips?

Thank you!

Hello, Bigger Pockets!

I live in VA, but I'm considering investing in OH. I need to create an LLC, which I was going to do in Ohio.

I would like to talk to a CPA about it. What is your advice for finding a reliable CPA? Should I ask one in Ohio, or may I ask any CPA when forming a business?

Thank you!

Hello, Bigger Pockets!

I’m in the process of interviewing investor-friendly real estate agents in the Columbus, OH area.

I’m looking to purchase 3- to 8- unit multifamily properties for value-add and buy and hold opportunities.

Does anybody have any referrals that I can interview? Thank you!
