Charles,

Thank you for your answer.

I was in touch with few companies last week and whether I can get information about absentee owners, homeowners in mortgage arrears etc. None of them have access to this sort of information.

I contacted a few companies last week and none of them could provide information on absentee owners, owners in mortgage arrears etc.

One company mentioned that they collect data from Experian and also generate lists based on the household income level. Although it could be a fit to a degree, I think a lot of it would be waste of money.

I sent you a friend request on Facebook. Hope we can connect.

Hello.

I was trying to search the forum but couldn't find an answer to my question.

I live in UK and I purchased my 1st property few months ago and now I am thinking of buying another one.

I listen to BP podcast and I see that Direct Mail is being mentioned here quite often.

I would like to know: how do you find lists of house repossessions, mortgage arrears, etc ?

I know that here in UK, there are companies that sell these lists but how do I know whether the company selling it is legit?

Are there any questions you recommend I should ask  before I purchase the list?
