No i have not seen the damage yet, Im about 3 hours away from the location, I just found this house two days ago. My partner is going to be looking into it more this weekend.

I have done some more research into the location today though, and its not as good as I had thought, There are many bank foreclosures of similar homes in the same area, and alot of these homes are being sold cheap, 60-90k

Im currently looking into buying a house here in florida listed only at 25,000.00 , 3/2/2 approx 1400 sf.

ITs a short sale, dont know what the previous buyer paid, but this house was built in 2006.

Compairable houses around the area go an upwards of 225k

There was a fire in the garage, and all damage is said to be located only to this area of the house.

i am in the tampa bay area, Although we are looking at houses in the fort myers area, It seems there are better deals over there.

my good friend Mitch and I are looking to get started in " Flipping houses " Lucky for both of us, his dad is loaded, and will be able to finance our first purchase.

We have found a few properties off Realtor .com , Is that a good source to use? any other places you could point first time investors?
