I'm in the process of growing and investing in my real estate investing education and am looking for some advise or recommendations for a Lease Option course study.  I'm looking for a course recommendation that you have purchased and successfully implemented in your market.

I am a buy and hold investor and I'm interested in expanding my direct mail marketing campaign to include probate prospects. What I'm looking for is some quality education sources I can use to learn this area of investing.  Does anyone have any recommendation of books or courses that are available for probate investing? I'm located in Georgia so I'm looking for some material that is Georgia specific.

Can anyone recommend a good investor friendly contractor in Gwinnett and Barrow counties that can do whole house rehabs?  I'm looking at rehabs in the price range of $10,000 - $40,000.  I'm also looking for a handyman for my existing buy and hold properties in Gwinnett, Barrow and Walton counties.
