Hello, 

My name is Javier Pino I'm from South Florida (Miami). I'm new to the real estate world, I've only done one deal which is the property I currently occupy. It is a 3/2.5 villa in the Hammocks area. I purchased this home with my VA benefits with the idea to live for a year or two and ultimately rent it and move to the next property.

I have always been fascinated with real estate. Ever since I was 19 years old as a E-2 with the U.S. Air Force I have been trying to plunge into the real estate investing world. Due to Miami expensive prices and coming from a non-wealthy family it has taken a few years to finally get into investing.

This is about all I have for now. I'm 27 years old, married and 2 children.
