Jon and Patrick thanks for being such straight shooters!

However are their any jobs that have nothing to do with education and just require learning the skill? Like I looked up being a massage therapist and you may not need a license but you do have to go to classes for it maybe 2 months worth and your in!

You get the idea. Today I'm meeting with an accountant because I'm starting a cleaning business, I'm doing office cleaning. Eventually I'll hire other people and just run the company and grow the business. I've done lots of research guys and the cleaning business works, and I'm trying my best to do it.

BUT however, my main passion in life that I haven't mentioned is Music. My band is very talented and I'm (not tooting my own horn but fly the sake of the convo) a very good songwriter. I'd like to believe I'm the best at what I do, (if I told myself otherwise I wouldn't make good music.) people want to sign us but we have no one to sing the songs - that's my dilemma. I'd love to make a career in music.

Patrick and everyone else, thanks for your reply. Very kind and helpful.

To answer your questions Patrick: No, I don't live in Beverly Hills lol - I just don't want to put my real info on the Internet - just to be safe.
Also, today I am fully rehabilitated (thank God) and in great health!
By family I mean, siblings, parents, aunts - their all just as lost as I am and need help.

So it's up to me out if my family to help them. As for schooling, my experience there wasn't very good - I was picked on and developed social anxiety from it - and I don't really get along we'll with that system... I know I'm sort of painting my self in a corner or I hope I'm not making it difficult for you all to help me - I'm just honestly telling you my situation.

I'm not trying to be hard to deal with or anything, I'll try my hardest to commit to what you all have to tell me. I'd just like to enjoy the career.

Jon,

Thank you so much for your letter it was very helpful. You made wholesaling sound so hard.. maybe I'm not cut out for it. As far as skills go, I mostly taught myself everything I never went to high school due to a lot of complications in my person life, albeit I still educated myself.

Life, for me, has been very difficult and I'm trying to fix things. I don't really want to wait, e.g. go to a trade school for 2 years before I can be employed. I just want to live a normal life, as a kid my dad had his own business and it tanked, I went hungry a lot of times because we never knew when our next meal was coming in. I promised myself I wouldn't give my family that kind of life. Is there anything to your knowledge, Jon (or anyone else) that you know is guaranteed to make money?

Guys thanks for your responses, and dawn I did read that post.
Here's the thing: right now I have no money coming in, so I have no problem waiting. But is wholesaling something I can do to get on my feet, is it dependable to the point that I can rely on it alone to pay my bills and buy food. 5000 a month (or more) would be fine with me.

Also the Junkers 101 guy explained that you give someone a contract to sign saying you have the right to sell the house (or something like that) and you sell it to a buyer for a bit more and you keep the remainder which is like 5-6k. That's my understanding of it. If this isn't the type of work I should get into than what is? I'd like to make 3-5k per month.

Hello forum!

I was reading a bit of the posts here and after seeing how friendly and knowledgable everyone was I had to sign up. I'm looking forward to talking with everyone on here, learning and make new friends.

So here's my story and why I'm posting this up: I'm 21, my name is Rick. When I was 17 I was diagnosed with a rare muscle disease that left me bed ridden and in non-stop pain for 2 years. Eventually I got healed (thank God). However I missed out on a lot, I never learned how to make money and I'm unable to provide for my family. All I have is 700$ to my name but I'm not giving up I know I'm a business man and I can turn this all around.

So that's why I'm asking help: I found out about this business and seen you don't need schooling, a license or anything to get started and you can do it with little money and make thousands per deal. [b]So if there's anyone that can mentor me or explain to me how I can get my first deal started I'd appreciate it and would be happy to send you a percentage of my earnings just to show you how grateful I am to you.

I'm talking about wholesaling the way this guy does it, (this is where I seem it from): www.Junkers101.com

If there's anyone out that that can help me I'd appreciate it so much! Thank you.
