Any Northern Michigan investors?

Newbie mistake. I'll get it taken care of right away.

Sorry, but I am looking for someone who would like to purchase this and flip it.

This walk through was interesting to say the least. The homeowner was 30 minutes late to start. When we entered the home, all I could say to myself was DAMN! The place was a dump. Foul odors, nasty carpets, holes in the walls, the copper was stripped, the whole nine yards. And to top it off, the home next door is such an eye sore and hazard to the surroundings, that it must be torn down. I did not earn on this one, but I definitely learned a little.

I have a home in Lake Havasu City, AZ that has fire damage to 10-20% of the home. The spread of equity is greater than 400k, so this is an extraordinary opportunity for the right investor. I have a feeling that this will go fast.

One week in and I have my first walk through tomorrow with a motivated seller. I'm anxious and excited, ready to get that signature on my first contract. LETS GET IT!!!!

I will make an offer tomorrow morning!
