Someone has a $15,000,000 property for sale. 60 acres. Willing to take back some of the finance. Not sure yet what the property really worth. Just imagine, I have never done a deal as yet. This is like taking a person and throwing him in the middle of the ocean and say "learn to swim". I have no clue how to find someone who even imagine buying a property for that kind of money. Here is a virtual tour of the property. http://youtu.be/m4gD9UsHn7M

Sorry, I should've told you that this is just a hypothetical transaction. Just would like to know the proper procedure when this situation presents itself to me.

Newbie here!
I am in the process of getting started in wholesaling and Lease Option.
So I saw a house and approached the seller and offer him X dollars for the house. He accepted. I gave him a contract, He signed. I go out and find an Investor and assign the contract for X dollars. How do I get paid by the investor?
Do I need to do anything else?
Is this process correct?
