I am evaluating new homes, short-term vacation rental homes in Orlando. Many people say that it is close to be an overprice market. I am surprised that not many people are talking about it.  My guess is that the builders are the one making $ on them, so most are probably overpriced right off the back.  I am a newbie as well.
