I have yet to try. I’m doing a house hack in a triplex that I just picked up. The other two units are stable and I spend 1 week a month at the property so I will be doing the same. I’ll keep you updated with my findings. I am in the Miami market so results are expected to vary as well as ordinances pertaining to the use of Airbnb -Pierson

I use zelle. It’s a new application that has been integrated into all major bank mobile apps. Both tenants use Bank of America. I use Chase. They can immediately send me the payment that way. They don’t have to go get a check and I don’t have to go hunting. Good luck, -Pierson

Hi All,

I love hearing about all the book recommendations on the podcasts and I'm constantly looking for more information as I am sure the rest of you are as well.

That being said, I personally do not feel like buying hundreds of books to keep up with the ever growing list of books that real estate investors should own.

Would any of you be up for starting a book swap once a month or something to that effect?

Please don't hesitate to reach out or give feedback on the idea.

Kindly,

Pierson

For investing, not to wait until all the lights are green to leave the house. start driving and handle each yellow or red light as they come.

Hi All, I am looking at a few properties here in Miami. There is one property that I like and would like to get under contract but due to its current state I would be well served to take a walk through with a contractor to see how much work really needs to be done. Please reach out. Kind Regards, Pierson D. Tedeschi
