Quote from @Aaron Breckenridge:
All the podcast episode transcripts are posted to the blog, which runs on wordpress and you can use any RSS reader to subscribe to that. Feed those into a prompt and you can get a high level summary of each episode, or search for key themes using a vector database. We use that to power the "Similar Posts You May Like" feature.

 ...thank you!

Hi,

I am a new real estate investor that gets alot of value from Bigger Pockets. I would like to listen to all the different shows but don't have the time each week so wondering if there is a way to get the pod feeds sent to me through RSS or API so I can put it into AI to identify the main themes and where to focus? Thank you.

go to RSS app and you can setup your own rss feed and then you can use something like zapier or make to send it to chatgpt to tell you what you want to do.

 ...thank you

@Matthew Davis Hi, I am also requesting the link to your Google sheet of resources for Canadian investors if you were able to put it together. Thanks
