Howdy Friends,

I have a buyer interested in purchasing a home but the husband does not have a "regular" job and can't get a mortgage.  They are looking for a 3/2/2 single family home in West Houston or Katy (zip codes: 77449, 77491, 77084, 77043, 77041, 77080 & 77055).  They can put down a decent deposit but would need to negotiate the monthly payments.  Let me know if you have anything available you think might fit their needs.

They would consider leasing as well.

Howdy Friends!

I finally signed up on Bigger Pockets after listening to the Podcasts for the past few months. I have learned a ton and it has motivated me to take some action. 

I am a real estate agent in Houston, Texas and I am working to immerse myself in real estate investment best practices to become an "investor friendly" agent. I have already started connecting with wholesalers in Houston and have also found a few deals on the MLS that I send to my investors. I have been seeing some great deals pop up and I am open to meeting more investors who are ready to buy (both flip and hold).

Always open to chat about REI and to learn as much as I can. My focus is win/win so I plan to be in this business a long time by building strong relationships and I hope to invest myself down the road. :)
