i see that notes focus on cashflow as the main underwriting metric. What if appreciation and the prediction of appreciation was the metric to be used over the hold period? low cashflow high appreciation

I believe the notes market is overvalued. I’ve made an instrument, a note, to exchange cashflow for appreciation. This instrument can be traded amongst notes investors 12x before being risk neutral. I have 5 listings
