My name is Philip Wells and am originally from Buffalo but have relocated to Cleveland, Ohio after finishing my degree at Baldwin Wallace University. At Baldwin Wallace, I majored in Business Management and minored in Statistics. My family has a history of owning multiple properties and after years of helping them out, I have decided to follow in their footsteps.
