Just want to get everyones thoughts on freedom soft.  I need my cash buyers list to increase, is the the easiest tool to use? Also you can use CMAs on freedomsoft? What is everyones thoughts?

I mean if I pay them a fee for every CMA I don't think they would get bored though because it is easy money in my opinion. Is there a way to get access to my MLS? I live in Arizona and that is all I need before I get started.

How much would you pay your real estate agent for CMAs? Just trying to get a fair price and see what everyone opinions are.
