Thanks for all that have responded. Dale you are correct that I need to gather all my information before I start, which is why I posted this. I am getting alot of information and the more I have been learning the more I want to do this. So keep the info coming.

I live in Lancaster Co. Pa. I am interested in starting my own Property Management Co. I have my Realtors License, but do I need a Brokers License. Also does anyone know what is a fair amount to charge percentage wise.
