I'm looking for at least a duplex in the nearest city to me, population 10,000.  2brs go for $500 or so and 3brs are a bit higher up to $575.  I am looking at duplexes around $60,000.  no farms for me.

Thank you everyone.  So it seems like once i get an idea of say what a 2br rents for that should be pretty close for most other 2brs.

Yes what the tenants are currently paying.  I want to look at a bunch of properties, and it seems like it takes a lot to get info.

Hi there. Does anyone have tips on how to get the amount of rent, taxes, ins, utilities, for a property?  They seem to be hard to get, especially rents.

I am planning to use a 401k loan for a down payment also.  To pay it back I was going to lower the contribution from 10% to say 3%, to make it easier.  Will this work
