Hey Mark Smith My view on it is to at least contribute what your employer will match. I put in a little more, but am considering toning it back to focus more on beginning my REI adventure. Mine matches up to 4% so I will always contribute that much.

Hi all,

Curious as to how much you personally budget for CapEx when doing an analysis. I've seen 5-15% of NOI, estimating each one individually, and other estimates.

What number helps you sleep at night?
