Hi @Kelsey Vander Meulen, I'm a local real estate agent in Houston and an investor myself. I'd be happy to see how I can help out!

Welcome to BP!

It sounds like you bring a wealth of experience not just from your career as a realtor but also from your personal moves and investments. That’s awesome that you’re working towards expanding your portfolio with multi-family units!

Are you currently focusing more on residential or trying to transition fully into real estate investing?

If you’re ever interested in investment deals and value-add properties feel free to reach out.

Good luck!

 Hi Wale!

I've been focusing on residentials and hoping to use the proceeds from there as extra income to invest more. The end goal is to be fully dedicated to investing but there's so much to learn and I don't have the risk appetite to also quite my 9-5 to fully dedicate to real estate.

I would love to learn more about investment deals and how I can find ways to fast track my goals. Would you be open to connecting?

Welcome to Bigger Pockets!

You will find many resource here that are more than willing to help you out with just about anything.

I am a broker on the lending side of things and have a fairly solid presence in TX. We do a lot of fix and flip, new construction, DSCR, Development, Commercial and even primary home financing all over Texas. I'd be happy to refer any of my clients your way if they are seeking a Realtor who understands investments. This request does come up quite often! I have a few resource around the Katy, TX area already, but only a handful in the heart of the Houston market.

Would be happy to hop on a call sometime and connect.

Cheers!

 Hi Nick,

Thanks and I agree, BP has been a huge help with my first two properties, have been a lurker for a while!

I'd love to connect further on how we can be of help to each other; I'll send you a direct message!

Hi All!

My name is Phil Mai and I am a Houston Realtor with Coldwell Bankers Realty. I do residential properties, focusing on buying, selling and leasing.

I've moved from the pacific to the midwest and now in Houston; so I know how hard moving can be. If there's anyone you know moving from out of town into the area, let me know and I'll make the process as smooth as possible.

I’m also an investor, 3 doors right now, but looking to hopefully get more doors through multi-family units.

Looking to connect with other investors if I can be of assistance and/or agents to share experiences!

Thanks,

Phil
