Hi

We have a portfolio of about 200 properties and want to move to a different property manager as we are disappointed with the one we are working with.

Our properties are C class SFR and about 30% of them section-8

Please let me know who you recommend?

@Jason Bott Thanks for your reply. We have a specific policy to cover for this but we are not very happy with the provider so we are looking for alternative providers.

Hi, we are looking for landlord insurance, more specifically an insurance company to cover for lost rent due to evictions or tenants not paying rent. We are not very happy with our current provider and are looking for alternatives.

We manage a 1,700 units SFR portfolio

We are a turn-key provider based in Philadelphia.

Most of our clients are foreign nationals. We flipped for them and now manage a portfolio of about 1,500 properties (mainly SFR but few MFR)

We are looking for lenders to refinance them so they can acquire more properties in any of our markets ( right now Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Cleveland)
