Recently purchased a SFR but now I'm seeing some moisture issues around some windows. Bubbling of paint and drops along the windowsill.

Is this something I can seal or do I need to replace windows?

Trying to resurrect an old thread here. I am in a similar situation as the OP (Aaron), and am expected to PCS to the area Aug/Sep 2021. Would love to chat about opportunities in the Dayton area.

I am fairly new to real estate investing, but am in the process of getting our current home ready as a rental. Ready to learn, stumble, and learn again.
