Hello, my name is Phillip Henderson. I am new to real estate investing and I am looking for information on books and articles that I can read to gather some much needed information on rehabbing and real estate investing.

Thank you all for the responses. As I mentioned I am at the very early stages. I am trying to get capitol and gather as much information as I can. I am currently working alot of overtime at the moment so I am unable to attend meet ups so I am curious about any books you have read for the fundamental knowledge on buy and hold invests and rehabbing properties. 

Hello everyone. My name is Phillip Henderson. I currently live in the Texoma area. I am extremely new to real estate. In my 27 years of life, I have rotated from job industry to job industry. I have worked as a pipefitter, farm hand, chef, electrician, car salesman, and quality control technician at a glass making factory. Until now I did not know where I wanted my life to go. Within the last couple of months, I have read many books on real estate. The more I read, the more enthusiastic I become about the prospect of becoming a real estate investor. I am now saving capitol to begin investing along with actively seeking more information on the processes and terms of real estate financing all while proceeding to become a licensed real estate agent. I look forward to getting to know everyone here on bigger pockets and expanding my knowledge on real estate.
