Hi BP! My name is Phillip Hoskins and I am from Fayetteville AR. I started working in the real estate world near the end of my 4 years studying at college. I was lucky enough to get a job as an appraiser trainee. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2015 and made appraisals into my career. I enjoy my job and have a passion for real estate. Early on in college I quickly learned real estate is an amazing avenue for building wealth. My goal is to create additional revenue streams/passive income. BP has helped me take my goal seriously. I like analyzing deals and looking to find my own. I came across BP by Googling best RE podcast and I have not been disappointed. Thanks!
