I currently have a duplex and a single family which are doing well.  I’m now looking towards scaling up. My goal of course, is financial independence as soon as possible. Leaving my W2.

I know some investors who are interested in larger multifamily and encourage me to go find the deals, which makes me really eager to try to get after it.  It’s a bit scary looking at these options but I’ve started scoping out multifamily in the PNW.  I’m reading the multifamily millionaire volume II book (I did read volume I).

I know I need to assemble a team, I know I need to understand markets and analyze a ton of deals, and I know I need to coordinate it all for execution with the right timing. I know I need to have someone on my team who has done it before who can help mentor.  So I am posting hoping for any further advice or recommendations that could help me avoid pitfalls or avoid wasting time.  Also please let me know if you’re interested in chatting about potentially working together!
