If I set up a Google voice number for my tenants, and there's an emergency after hours, do I need an additional google number for them? I dont have a property manager nor do I want to give them my personal number.  Hope someone can help with this.

I'm a newbie wondering if I find a private lender willing to use their IRA to help fund a deal, are there any penalties or drawbacks for withdrawing that money from the IRA? Hoping someone can reach out with some helpful information. Thank you
