Hello BP community!  My name is Phil Murray. I'm currently living in Crown Point Indiana and hope to invest in surrounding Northwest Indiana (Hobart, Merrillville, Portage, Lake Station) and maybe eventually the South West suburbs of Chicago.

I'm mostly interested in flipping single family homes and purchasing smaller multi families.  I'm planning to keep my day job and probably look to partner with friends and maybe cabl dabble in some hard money.  I've been consuming alot of the BP podcast which has made me feel alot better about not having a ton of money to start.  I have relationships with realtors, lenders, and contractors as i used to work for Menards designing kitchens and a realtor for a couple years.  

I'm hoping to connect with some experienced folks in Northwest Indiana and here on BP to learn and build relationships.
