Thanks for your input Robert.  We currently have investments in Lakewood and was thinking about those areas because Lakewood taxes eats up a good portion of your income

What are your thoughts on investing in multifamily in Parma and Middleburg Heights for rentals?  Doesn't seem to command as much rent as Lakewood, Tremont, Ohio City but buildings are much newer vs 1900-1920's.  Thanks

Thanks for the welcome all.  I’ve owned a few properties in the Cleveland area and am down to a double in Lakewood.  I am currently looking at Lakewood, Tremont, Ohio City for 2-8 unit properties.

Oh sorry Joe, I thought you was asking if I needed work.  I am not too interested in flipping houses but more of being a landlord.

Hi all

I am a local investor in the Cleveland area looking to expand my portfolio. I am also a contractor specializing in interior renovations and have extensive knowledge on older home mechanics. I would like to connect with other local investors who are in the process of building their portfolio. My goal is to be able to invest in RE full time. Thanks.
